Scotter Library and Community Hub are under the control of Scotter Forward. The library is staffed by volunteers and the community centre itself is host to a number of regular clubs and events.
Current Library Opening Hours
Thursday: 2:00 to 5:00 p.m.
Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 to 5:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.
