Minutes of the Pre Budget meeting of Scotter Parish Council held on 7th December 2020, virtually via Zoom
Parish Councillors Present: Chairman – Cllr J Harper, Cllr M Armstrong, Cllr B Kaila, Cllr P Wood
Public Participation – Due the confidential nature of some of the matters being discussed this meeting was not open to the public or press, section 1(2) of the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960.
Cllr Harper opened the meeting at 6.47pm
2012/01 Acceptance of Apologies for Absence
Cllr H Collins sent apologies; Resolved to approve
2012/02 Dispensations – None received
2012/03 Declarations of Interest
Cllr J Harper – Interest noted in any discussion involving Scotter Forward or EAU Community Centre
2012/04 Exclusion of Press & Public
Resolved to exclude press and public
2012/05 To receive and consider the pre budget information for Scotter Parish Council as attached and to consider plans and proposals for future financial years.
After discussing it was resolved to approve
The expected income amount of £37,000 from The Rookery is to be earmarked for Flooding improvements once received.
S137 is to be set at a budget of £1000
Events is to be set at a budget of £1000
Muga electrics is to be set at a budget of £600
The clerk is to forward the total expenditure of £68,395 as the estimate precept request to West Lindsey District Council.
Cllr Kaila offered his assistance to work with the clerk to get the budget finalised for January when the precept request needs to be confirmed.
