2309/2 To receive dispensations or declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011.
No declarations of interest received and no dispensations given.
2309/3 To approve the contractors quote for the groundworks required in Parson’s Field/Wood
Following further discussion it was proposed, seconded and
Resolved to approve the quote of £1200+VAT. Insurance certificate has already been received by the clerk and a risk assessment will be carried out before the work takes place.
